It’s a technique we use in hypnosis to help you fast-forward past the immediate craving and connect with how you truly want to feel 30 minutes from now, tomorrow morning, or even six weeks from now. Instead of letting your brain play the very short movie of the cookie bite, we extend the movie and bring the reward of feeling free, aligned, and proud of yourself into the decision you’re making right now.
